إن رئيس الجمهورية،
بناء على الدستور،
بناء على القانون رقم ٢٧٤ تاريخ ٢٠٢٢/٠٣/٠٧ المتعلق بإعادة تنظيم معرض رشيد كرامي الدولي، لا
سيما المادة ١٣ منه،
بناء على اقتراح وزير الاقتصاد والتجارة،
وبعد استطلاع رأي وزير المالية
وبعد موافقة مجلس الوزراء بتاريخ ٢٠٢٥/٨/٥
يرسم ما يأتي:
يتقاضى رئيس مجلس إدارة معرض رشيد كرامي/المدير العام مخصصات شهرية تبلغ /٥٣٤,٠٠٠,٠٠٠/ ليرة لبنانية ويتقاضى العضو غير المتفرغ مخصصات شهرية تبلغ /٤٤,٥٠٠,٠٠٠/ ليرة لبنانية،
تشمل المخصصات المذكورة آنفا الإضافات التي أعطيت لرؤساء والأعضاء ومجالس إدارة المؤسسات العامة بموجب المرسوم رقم ١٤٣٥٢ تاريخ ٢٠٢٤/١٢/٥.
ينشر هذا المرسوم ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
