إن رئيس الجمهورية
بناء على الدستور
بناء على قانون المحاسبة العمومية وتعديلاته لاسيما المادة ٥٢ منه،
بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم ٦٤ تاريخ ١٩٧٧/٦/٢٥ (إعفاء الهبات المقدمة للإدارات العامة والمؤسسات العامة والبلديات بقصد المساعدة من جميع الرسوم)،
بناء على المرسوم رقم ٤٤٦١ تاريخ ۲۰۰۰/۱۲/۱٥ وتعديلاته (قانون الجمارك)،
بناء على القانون رقم ۳۷۹ تاريخ ۲۰۰۱/۱۲/۱٤ وتعديلاته (الضريبة على القيمة المضافة)،
بناء على المرسوم رقم ٥٦٧١ تاريخ ۲۰۱۹/۹/۲۰ (إعفاءات من الرسوم الجمركية كافة بما فيها الحد الأدنى للرسم الجمركي)،
بناء على اقتراح وزير الداخلية والبلديات ووزير المالية،
وبعد موافقة مجلس الوزراء بتاريخ ٢٠٢٥/١٠/٢٣،
يرسم ما يأتي:
قبلت الهبة العينية المقدمة من السفارة الفرنسية إلى وزارة الداخلية والبلديات - المديرية العامة للدفاع المدني - العمليات المركزية التحويطة، بلغت قيمتها / ٥٠٧.٨٦٧.٠٠٠/ ل.ل. خمسمائة وسبعة ملايين وثمانمائة وسبعة وستون الف ليرة لبنانية لا غير وهي عبارة عن صيانة عامة «جدول مرفق ربطا».
ينشر هذا المرسوم ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
