المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: تعطى مؤسسة كهرباء لبنان سلفة خزينة بقيمة /000 000 3000/ ل.ل (ثلاثة مليارات ليرة لبنانية) وذلك من اجل دفع الرواتب والاجور وملحقاتها عن النصف الاول من عام 1991 .

المادة 2

مادة 2: تحدد اصول اعطاء السلفة المبينة في المادة الاولى من هذا القانون وجميع شروطها بمرسوم يصدر بناء على اقتراح وزيري المالية والموارد المائية والكهربائية.

المادة 3

مادة 3: يعمل بهذا القانون فور نشره.
