المادة 1

اضيف الى الفقرة الثانية من المادة 81 من قانون الرسوم القضائية لصادر بتاريخ 10/10/1950 كما تعدلت بالقانون الموضوع موضع التنفيذ بالمرسوم رقم 9796 تاريخ 4/5/1968 كلمة: "والبلديات " والغيت الفقرة الاخيرة برمتها من المادة (81) هذه.

يعمل بهذا القانون فور نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
