المادة 140
تشويه الوسمة الى حد جعل قيمتها مجهولة:
يفرض على كل من يكتب على الوسمة او يضع عليها أي طبع او كتابة او رسم او اشارة من أي نوع كان مما يؤدي الى عدم معرفة قيمتها، غرامة مقطوعة قدرها 250.000 ل.ل. (مئتان وخمسون الف ليرة لبنانية).

رفع قيمة الغرامات المقطوعة المنصوص عليها في القانون رقم ٤٤ تاريخ ۲۰۰۸/۱۱/۱۱ وتعديلاته (قانون الإجراءات الضريبية)
أولاً: ترفع ٢٥ ضعفاً الغرامات المقطوعة المنصوص عليها في المواد:
۱۰۷ ، ۱۰۸ ، ۱۱۱ ، ۱۲۳ ، ١٢٤ ، ۱۲۶ ، ۱۲۷ ، ۱۲۸ ، ۱۲۹ ، ۱۳۰ ، ۱۳۲ ، ۱۳۳ ، ۱۳۸ ، ۱۳۹ ، ١٤٠ ، ١٤١ ، ١٤٣ و١٤٤ من القانون رقم ٤٤ تاريخ ۲۰۰۸/۱۱/۱۱ وتعديلاته (قانون الإجراءات الضريبية).
ثانياً: تطبق أحكام هذه المادة إعتباراً من أعمال سنة ٢٠٢٦.
