مادة 1: خلافالاي نص آخر, يمدد العمل باحكام القانون رقم 322 الصادر بتاريخ 24/03/1994 المتعلق بالسماح للمهجر بالبناء ضمن عقار لا يستوفي الشروط القانونية للبناء, لمدة سنتين.

المادة 2
