اجيز للحكومة اللبنانية ابرام اتفاقية القرض

الموقعة بتاريخ 10/09/1997 بقيمة عشرين مليون

وحدة نقد اوروبية بين الجمهورية اللبنانية

والبنك الاوروبي للاستثمار لتمويل مشروع طريق

الشمال الساحلي والمرفقة ربطا.
