اجيز للحكومة ابرام الاتفاق الثقافي الموقع بينها وبين حكومة الجمهورية الفنزويلية في كراكاس بتاريخ الخامس والعشرين من تشرين الثاني 1997 والمرفق ربطا.

يعمل بهذا القانون فور نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
