وينشر رئيس الجمهورية القانون التالي نصه:

المادة 1

اجيز للحكومة ابرام اتفاقية بين حكومة الجمهورية اللبنانية وحكومة جمهورية بلغاريا حول النقل الدولي للبضائع والركاب برا, الموقعة في صوفيا بتاريخ 19/6/2003 والمرفقة ربطا.

المادة 2

يعمل بهذا القانون فور نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
