المادة 1

اجيز للحكومة الانضمام الى اتفاقية العمل الدولية رقم (152) بشأن السلامة والصحة في عمليات المناولة بالموانئ 1979, المعقودة في جنيف بتاريخ 25/6/1979 والمرفقة ربطا.

المادة 2

يعمل بهذا القانون فور نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
