المادة 1

اجيز للحكومة الانضمام الى اتفاق حفظ حوتيات البحر الاسود والبحر الابيض المتوسط والمنطقة الاطلسية المتاخمة, الموقع في امارة موناكو بتاريخ 24/11/1996 والمرفق ربطا.

المادة 2

يعمل بهذا القانون فور نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
