اقر مجلس النواب،

وينشر رئيس الجمهورية القانون التالي نصه:

المواد

المادة 1

أجيز للحكومة الانضمام إلى بروتوكول منع وقمع ومعاقبة الاتجار بالأشخاص وبخاصة النساء والأطفال، المكمل لاتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الجريمة المنظمة عبر الوطنية الموقع في نيويورك بتاريخ 9/12/2002 والمرفق ربطا.

المادة 2

يعمل بهذا القانون فور نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
