المادة 1

مادة 1: اجيز للحكومة الانضمام الى بروتوكول مكافحة تهريب المهاجرين عن طريق البر والبحر والجو، المكمل لاتفاقية الامم المتحدة لمكافحة الجريمة المنظمة عبر الوطنية، الموقع في نيويورك بتاريخ 26/9/2002 والمرفق ربطا.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يعمل بهذا القانون فور نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
