وينشر رئيس الجمهورية القانون التالي نصه:

المادة 1

مادة 1: اجيز للحكومة ابرام اتفاقية استصناع بين حكومة الجمهورية اللبنانية والبنك الاسلامي للتنمية لتشييد جزء من الطريق الساحلي الجنوبي السريع، الموقعة في جدة بتاريخ 10/1/2005 والمرفقة ربطا.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يعمل بهذا القانون فور نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
