وينشر رئيس الجمهورية القانون التالي نصه:

المادة 1

مادة 1: اجيز للحكومة ابرام اتفاقية استصناع بين حكومة الجمهورية اللبنانية وصندوق البنك الاسلامي للتنمية لحصص الاستثمار لتشييد طريق بشري في اطار مشروع اعادة اعمار طرق شمال لبنان الموقعة في جدة بتاريخ 10/1/2005 والمرفقة ربطا.
