وينشر رئيس الجمهورية القانون التالي نصه:

المادة 1

مادة 1: اجيز للحكومة ابرام اتفاقية انشاء الهيئة العربية للغاز وتأسيس الشركة العربية لنقل وتسويق الغاز الطبيعي، الموقعة في القاهرة بتاريخ 4/1/2003 والمرفقة ربطا.

المادة 2

مادة 2: يعمل بهذا القانون فور نشره في الجريدة الرسمية.
