المادة 1

مادة 1: ممنوع الصيد بالصنارة في مرفأ بيروت كما هو محدد ادناه الرصيف الشمالي ورصيف الحاجز والارصفة التي بين الطرف الغربي المرصف الشمالي والطرف الجنوبي لرصيف الحاجز

المادة 2

مادة 2: يعاقب كل مخالف للاحكام المنصوص عنها في المادة الاولى اعلاه بجزاء نقدي من- ليرة الى خمس ليرات سورية وبالسجن من يومين الى عشرة ايام او باحدى العقوبتين- فقط

المادة 3

مادة 3: الغيت جميع الاحكام السابقة المخالفة لاحكام هذا القرار

المادة 4

مادة 4: امين السر العام مكلف تنفيذ هذا القرار الذي يبدأ مفعوله في 15 نيسان سنة 1926
