المادة 1

مادة 1: يضاف الى جدول فروع الاختصاص في الطب , الملحق بقانون تنظيم ممارسة مهنة الطب , الاختصاص التالي بيانه: الاختصاص امراض الوراثة Maladies genetiques Genetic Diseases الشروط المتوجبة شهادة اختصاص صادرة عن هيئة علمية او عن جامعة معترف بها رسميا على ان تكون مدة الاختصاص اربع سنوات على الاقل منها سنتا دراسة وتمرن في حقل الامراض الوراثية السريرية وسنتا دراسة وتمرن في المختبرات المختصة بامراض الوراثة. على ان تجري السنتان الاخيرتان في المختبرات المختصة بالفحوص الخلوية الوراثية فقط. (Cytogenetique) او في المختبرات المختصة بالكيمياء الحياتية الاستقلالية الوراثية فقط. (Biochimie Metabolique hereditaire)
