المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: ان الترابة من جميع الانواع التي تصبح وطنية بدفع الرسوم الجمركية عنها تمنع من حق استرجاع هذه الرسوم عند اعادة تصديرها الى الخارج.

المادة 2

مادة 2: تتمم قائمة الاشياء المحرومة من حق استرجاع الرسوم الملحقة بالقرار رقم 2529 الصادر في 28 اذار سنة 1924 باضافة الصنف التالي اليها: الترابة من جميع الانواع

المادة 3

مادة 3: امين السر العام والمفتش العام للجمارك مكلفان تنفيذ هذا القرار.
