مادة 1: تعدل المادة الاولى من القرار 2030 المؤرخ في 24/9/45 وتعرف البلدان المجاورة كما يلي: ايران - العراق - شرقي الاردن - فلسطين - الحجاز - السودان - مصر - الاريتره طرابلس الغرب - وقبرص .

المادة 2

مادة 2: يستثنى من احكام المادة الاولى من هذا القرار البضائع التي دخلت تهريبا الى الجمهورية اللبنانية

المادة 3

مادة 3: تعاد المبالغ المدفوعة لصندوق التموين ارباحا عن البضائع الواردة قبل صدور القرار 1771 المؤرخ في 22/6/45

المادة 4

مادة 4: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
