مادة 1: يستثنى من احكام المادة الثانية من القرار رقم 789/1 تاريخ 26 كانون الاول سنة 1968 تجار البراويز في محافظة بيروت بحيث لا يخضعون لمواقيت العمل والفتح والاقفال المحددة في هذا القرار والباقي دون تعديل.
