إن حاكم مصرف لبنان،

بناء على قانون النقد والتسليف سيما المادتين ١٨٣ و١٨٤ منه،

وبناء على القرار الأساسي رقم ١٢١٧٤ تاريخ ٢٠١٦/١/٢١ المتعلق بشروط ممارسة عمليات التسليف وفقاً لاحكام المادتين ١٨٣ و١٨٤ من قانون النقد والتسليف، سيما المادة ١٨ منه،

يُقرّر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

تُنشر كما يلي لائحة «كونتوارات التسليف» المسجلة حسب الاصول:

١ - شركة الإعتماد العربي ش.م.ل.

٣ - شركة بشير حربية وشركاه للتسليف «س د ل اينفست» (توصية بسيطة)

٤ - تمويل كابيتال ش.م.ل.

٥ - سي. أس. تي للتسليفات ش.م.ل.
