ان وزير النقل,

بناء على المرسوم رقم 4 تاريخ 04/12/1998

(تأليف الحكومة),

بناء على القرار رقم 135/ن/96 تاريخ

28/10/1996 (تنظيم مزاولة اعمال وكلاء نقل

البضائع بالعمولة) Freight Forwarders

بخاصة المادة الرابعة منه,

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام النقل البري

والبحري بالانابة

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: تمدد ستة اشهر المهلة المنصوص عليها في المادة الرابعة من القرار رقم 35/ن/96 تاريخ 28/10/96 العائد لتنظيم مزاولة اعمال وكلاء نقل البضائع بالعمولة والمتعلقة بتسوية اوضاع من كان من هؤلاء يعمل في لبنان قبل تاريخ نشر القرار المذكور.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
