­ في التعديل­ ان شركة L'Air Liquide, S.A.pour l'Etude et l'Exploitaton des Procedes Georges Claude المسجلة بتاريخ 01/06/1928 تحت رقم 39 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية في المفوضية العليا للجمهورية الفرنسية لدى دول سوريا ولبنان الكبير وبلاد العلويين وجبل الدروز, قد صرحت بتاريخ 11/11/1999 بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 1645/ت انها قد فوضت السيد Mr.Didier او Mr. Dominique Roger Cuny للقيام باسم ولحساب الشركة بحل فرع الشركة في لبنان وبصورة عامة بالقيام بكل مقتضى يتعلق بتنفيذ هذه الوكالة. واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
