بناء على المرسوم رقم 4336 تاريخ

26/10/2000,

بناء على قانون المطبوعات الصادر

بتاريخ 14/09/1962,

بناء على الطلب المقدم من السيد

كريم وجيه نخلة والمسجل تحت رقم

3294 تاريخ 22/10/2002 (طلب الترخيص

باصدار المطبوعة),

بناء على اقتراح المدير العام لوزارة الاعلام,

وبعد استشارة نقابة الصحافة اللبنانية,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يمنح السيد كريم وجيه نخلة, اللبناني الجنسية, ترخيصا باصدار مطبوعة شهرية, غير سياسية, باللغة الانكليزية باسم: "LOUNGE MAG" تتحمل مسؤوليتها الصحافية ماجدة نجيب الهاشم.

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
