المادة 1

وحرصا على حسن تطبيق احكام المادة 152 من قانون الاجراءات الضريبية، يطلب الى الدوائر الضريبية المختصة التقيد بما يلي:

1 - عدم توجب رسم الطابع المالي على كافة التصاريح والاعتراضات والبيانات والطلبات وسائر الاوراق التي يتقدم بها اصحاب العلاقة الى الوحدات الضريبية وتلك التي يتم ضمها الى هذه المستندات بناء على طلب الادارة الضريبية.

2 - توجب رسم الطابع المالي على الافادات والاوراق المماثلة كافة التي تصدر عن الادارة بناء لطلب اصحاب العلاقة، كالافادات المتعلقة بالوضع الضريبي للمكلفين او بالحصول على صور طبق الاصل او غيرها من الافادات والمعاملات المماثلة.
