ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات

بناء على المرسوم رقم 2839 تاريخ 9/11/2009،

بناء على المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 118 تاريخ 30/6/1977 (قانون البلديات)،

بناء على القانون رقم 665 تاريخ 29/12/1997 (تعديل بعض النصوص في قانون انتخاب اعضاء مجلس النواب وقانون البلديات وقانون المختارين)،

بناء على القرار رقم 503 تاريخ 6/4/2010 القاضي بدعوة الهيئات الانتخابية البلدية انتخاب اعضاء المجالس البلدية.

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: تقسم وتحدد مراكز اقلام الاقتراع لانتخاب اعضاء المجالس البلدية في كل من دوائر محافظة بيروت ومحافظة البقاع الانتخابيتين، وفقا لما يلي:

مادة 2: ينشر ويبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
