ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات

بناء على المرسوم رقم 2839 تاريخ 9/11/2009 ،

بناء على قانون المختارين والمجالس الاختيارية الصادر بتاريخ 27/11/1947 ، وتعديلاته،

بناء على القانون رقم 665 تاريخ 29/12/1997 (تعديل بعض النصوص في قانون انتخاب اعضاء مجلس النواب وقانون البلديات وقانون المختارين)،

بناء على القرار رقم 505 تاريخ 6/4/2010 القاضي بدعوة الهيئات الانتخابية لانتخاب المختارين والاعضاء الاختياريين.

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: تقسم وتحدد مراكز اقلام الاقتراع لانتخاب المختارين والاعضاء الاختياريين في كل من دوائر محافظة بيروت ومحافظة البقاع الانتخابيتين، وفقا لما يلي:

مادة 2: ينشر ويبلغ هذا القرار حيث تدعو الحاجة.
