إن حاكم مصرف لبنان،

بناءً على أحكام المادة 208 المعطوفة على المادة 182 من قانون النقد والتسليف،

وبناءً على القرار رقم 10888 تاريخ 11/1/2012 القاضي بنشر لائحة المؤسسات المالية للعام 2012،

وبناءً على قرار الهيئة المصرفية العليا رقم 5/8/11 المتخذ في جلستها المنعقدة بتاريخ 22/12/2011،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

مادة 1: يشطب عن لائحة المؤسسات المالية اسم شركة «المستثمر ش.م.ل.» المسجل في هذه اللائحة تحت رقم 47 .

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
