إن حاكم مصرف لبنان،

بناء على قانون النقد والتسليف لاسيما المادتين 70 و174 منه،

وبناء على القرار الاساسي رقم 11323 تاريخ 12/1/2013 المتعلق بانشاء «دائرة امتثال» (Compliance Department)،

وبناء على قرار المجلس المركزي لمصرف لبنان المتخذ في جلسته المنعقدة بتاريخ 18/9/2013،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

مادة 1: يلغى نص المادة التاسعة من القرار الاساسي رقم 11323 تاريخ 12/1/2013 ويستبدل بالنص التالي: «يمكن للمصارف أو للمؤسسات المالية اللبنانية التابعة لمصارف لبنانية ان تعتمد ذات «دائرة الإمتثال» المنشأة لدى المصرف الام.»

المادة 2

مادة 2: ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية.

المادة 3

مادة 3: يعمل بهذا القرار فور صدوره.
