­ في التعديل ­ ان شركة مجيكون للمقاولات والتنمية (شركة مساهمة مصرية) المسجلة بتاريخ 28 ايار 1998 تحت رقم 2009 (بالتسجيل) في سجل الشركات المساهمة الاجنبية لدى دائرة الشركات (فرع), قد صرحت بتاريخ 06/07/2001 بموجب كتاب مسجل لدينا بالرقم 992/ت انها انتدبت السيد المهندس مجدي شفيق شبل علي مديرا لدرع الشركة في لبنان بدلا من السيد المهندس امين ماجد احمد الديب. وبموجب محضر اجتماع مجلس الادارة للشركة المؤرخ في 9 تموز 2000 تقرر منح مدير الفرع الجديد كافة الصلاحيات امام الجهات الحكومية وغير الحكومية في تمثيل الشركة والتوقيع نيابة عنها. واشعارا بذلك اعطي هذا العلم والخبر.
