ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات,

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 8376 تاريخ 10/9/2021 (تشكيل الحكومة(،

بناء على قانون الـمختارين والـمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/1947، وتعديلاته،

بناء على كتاب محافظ مدينة بيروت رقم 619/م تاريخ 1/3/2019،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

عين السيد رشيد ابراهيم بيضون، بإعتباره أول الخاسرين في حي زقاق البلاط ــ مدينة بيروت، مختارا بديلا عن الـمختار الـمتوفي السيد سمير غازي الشريف وذلك لإتمام مدة الولاية.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
