ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات,

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 8376 تاريخ 10/9/2021 (تشكيل الحكومة(,

بناء على قانون الـمختارين والـمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/ 1947وتعديلاته,

بناء على كتاب محافظ جبل لبنان رقم 293/ب تاريخ 22/3/2021,

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

عُين السيد جورج اسعد الحويس باعتباره العضو الاختياري الأكبر سناً في بلدة مار مخايل بنابيل ــ قضاء الـمتن، مختاراً بديلاً عن الـمختار الـمتوفي السيد نبيل نسيب الحويس وذلك لإتمام مدة الولاية.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
