ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات,

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 8376 تاريخ 10/9/2021 (تشكيل الحكومة(,

بناء على قانون الـمختارين والـمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/1947 وتعديلاته،

بناء على كتاب محافظ جبل لبنان رقم 213/ب تاريخ 16/4/2021,

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

عُين السيد داني شحاده عبود، باعتباره العضو الاختياري الأكبر سناً في بلدة تحويطة النهر، مختاراً بديلاً عن الـمختار الـمتوفي السيد جوزف ناصيف نوهرا، وذلك لاتمام مدة الولاية.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
