ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات,

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 8376 تاريخ 10/9/2021 (تشكيل الحكومة(،

بناء على قانون الـمختارين والـمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/1947، وتعديلاته،

بناء على احالة محافظ جبل لبنان رقم 895/ب تاريخ 15/7/2021،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

عين السيد مهدي رضا الخنسا بإعتباره اول الخاسرين في بلدة الغبيري/ حي بئر حسن مختارا بديلا عن الـمختار الـمتوفي السيد سليم حسن برجاوي، وذلك لإتمام مدة الولاية.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
