ان وزير الداخلية والبلديات,

بناء على الـمرسوم رقم 8376 تاريخ 10/9/2021 (تشكيل الحكومة(,

بناء على قانون الـمختارين والـمجالس الاختيارية الصادر في 27/11/ 1947وتعديلاته،

بناء على كتاب محافظ جبل لبنان رقم 443/ب تاريخ 6/4/2021،

بناء على اقتراح مدير عام الشؤون السياسية واللاجئين,

يقرر ما يأتي:

المادة 1

عين السيد هلال حميد حيدر، باعتباره العضو الاختياري الأكبر سناً في بلدة مجدليا، مختاراً بديلاً عن الـمختار الـمتوفي السيد عفيف داود مطر وذلك لاتمام مدة الولاية.

المادة 2

ينشر هذا القرار ويبلغ حيث تدعو الحاجة.
