إن حاكم مصرف لبنان،

بناء على قانون النقد والتسليف، سيما الـمادتين 70 و174 منه،

وبناء على القرار الاساسي رقـم 13221 تـاريـخ 21/4/2020 وتـعـديـلاتـه الـمتعلق بإجراءات استـثـنائية حول السحوبات النـقـديـة مـن الحـسـابـات بالعملات الاجنبية،

وبناء على قرار الـمجلس الـمركزي لـمصرف لبنان الـمتخذ في جلسته الـمنعقدة بتاريخ 21/12/2022،

يقرر ما يأتي:

المواد

المادة 1

يمدد العمل لغاية 30/6/2023 بأحكام القرار الاساسي رقم 13221 تاريخ 21/4/2020.

المادة 2

يعمل بهذا القرار فور صدوره.

المادة 3

ينشر هذا القرار في الجريدة الرسمية.
