المادة 54
المسؤولية المسلكية:
يعتبر الموظف مسؤولا من الوجهة المسلكية ويتعرض للعقوبات التأديبية اذا اخل عن قصد او عن اهمال بالواجبات التي تفرضها عليه القوانين والانظمة النافذة, ولا سيما بالواجبات المنصوص عليها في المادتين 14 و15 من هذا المرسوم الاشتراعي ولا تحول الملاحقة التأديبية دون ملاحقة هذا الموظف عند الاقتضاء امام المحاكم المدنية او الجزائية المختصة.
