المادة 55

العقوبات التأديبية:
العقوبات التأديبية درجتان:
الدرجة الاولى:
1- التأنيب.
2- حسم الراتب لمدة خمسة عشر يوما على الاكثر.
3- تاخير التدرج لمدة ستة اشهر على الاكثر.
الدرجة الثانية:
1- تاخير التدرج لمدة ثلاثين شهرا على الاكثر.
2- التوقيف عن العمل بدون راتب لمدة لا تجاوز ستة اشهر.
3- انزال درجة واحدة او اكثر ضمن الرتبة نفسها.
4- انزال الرتبة.
5- انهاء الخدمة.
6- العزل.

عدل في المادة 55 من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 112 تاريخ 12/6/1959 ما يلي:
الدرجة الثانية: 5- انهاء الخدمة. بدلا من: 5- الصرف من الخدمة. (والباقي بدون تعديل).
