المادة 26
(عدلت بموجب قانون 490 / 1996 ) (عدلت بموجب قانون 72 / 1991 )
كل من يخالف قرارات تعيين الحدود القصوى لبدل الخدمات والاسعار او لنسب الارباح الصادرة بالاستناد للمادة 6 او يخالف مضمون المادة 7 من هذا المرسوم الاشتراعي يعاقب بغرامة من الف الى عشرة الاف ليرة.
(تضاعفت هذه الغرامة بنسبة 200 مرة الحد الادنى والحد الاقصى بموجب القانون رقم 72تاريخ 24/07/1991).
- وتزاد بنسبة عشر مرات الحدود الدنيا والقصوى للغرامات بموجب القانون رقم 490 ت 15/2/96 وبالسجن من خمسة ايام الى شهر او باحدى هاتين العقوبتين وعند التكرار تضاعف العقوبة.

عدلت قيمة الغرامات المنصوص عليها في المواد 23 و24 و25 و26 و29 و30 و31 و32 و33 و34 و35 و36 من الباب السابع و37 من الباب الثامن من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 73 الصادر بتاريخ 9/9/1983 بحيث يضاعف بنسبة 200 مرة الحد الادنى والحد الاقصى لكل من هذه الغرامات

تزاد بنسبة عشر مرات الحدود الدنيا والقصوى للغرامات التي تقضي بها المحاكم والمنصوص عنها في المواد /23/ و/24/ و/25/ و/26/ و/29/ و30 و/31/ و/32/ و/33/ و/34/ و/35/ و/36/ و/37/ من المرسوم الاشتراعي رقم 73 تاريخ 09/09/1983 (حيازة السلع والمواد والحاصلات والاتجار بها) المعدلة بموجب المادة /2/ من القانون رقم /72/ تاريخ 24/07/1991
