المادة 50
تلزم المؤسسات المبينة في المادة 51 التالية باستيفاء رسم الطابع المالي عن الصكوك والكتابات التي تنشئها من اصحاب العلاقة مباشرة, وبتأدية حاصلة مرة كل ثلاثة أشهر, مع ما قد يترتب عليها منه, الى صندوق الخزينة على اساس قيودها وفقا للاصول المحددة في المواد التالية:
