شروط ومستندات طلب الرخصة:
تحدد بقرار يصدر عن وزير الأشغال العامة والنقل بناء على اقتراح المدير العام للتنظيم المدني الشروط الواجب توافرها في طلب الرخصة المسبقة أو التصريح الخطي والمستندات الواجب ضمها وشروط مسك سجلات رخص البناء والتصاريح وطرق إبلاغها إلى الإدارات والجهات المعنية وأصحاب العلاقة.
