المادة 106
ان الحكم بالسجن اكثر من شهر من اجل جناية شائنة يوجب حتما الطرد من الجيش .
ولقيادة الجيش العليا ان تطرد من الجيش كل عسكري حكم عليه بالسجن لمدة ثلاثة اشهر او اكثر من جراء اي حكم كان.
