الالزامات المدنية التي يمكن القاضي الجزائي القضاء بها هي:
1- الرد,
2- العطل والضرر,
3- نشر الحكم,
4- النفقات .

2- Les dommanges-interets
3- La confiscation
4- La publication de la sentence
5- Les frais
