المادة 171

يفقد منحة وقف التنفيذ كل شخص اقدم في مدة خمس سنوات او سنتين حسبما يكون قد حكم عليه بعقوبة جناحية او تكديرية على ارتكاب جريمة اخرى يقضي عليه من اجلها بعقوبة من النوع نفسه او بعقوبة اشد او ثبت عليه بحكم انه خرق الواجبات التي فرضها القاضي بمقتضى المادة السابقة.
