المادة 364

كل موظف حصل على منفعة شخصية من احدى معاملات الادارة التي ينتمي اليها سواء فعل ذلك مباشرة او على يد شخص مستعار او باللجؤ الى صكوك ظاهرية عوقب بالحبس من ثلاثة اشهر الى سنتين وبغرامة اقلها مايتي الف ليرة.

المادة 29- تعدل الغرامة الواردة في المادة 364 على النحو الاتي:
"وبغرامة اقلها مايتي الف ليرة" بدلا من "وبغرامة أقلها الف ليرة".
