المادة 376
(عدلت بموجب قانون 239/1993 )
كل موظف اقدم بقصد جلب المنفعة لنفسه او لغيره او بقصد الاضرار بالغير على فعل لم يخص بنص في القانون ينافي واجبات مهنته يعاقب بالحبس من شهر الى ثلاث سنوات وبالغرامة من عشرين الف الى مايتي الف ليرة.

المادة 32- تعدل الغرامة الواردة في المادة 376 على النحو الاتي:
"وبالغرامة من عشرين الف الى مايتي الف ليرة" بدلا من "وبالغرامة من مئة ليرة الى الف ليرة".
