كل مقاومة فعلية كانت ام سلبية توقف عملا شرعيا يقوم به احد الاشخاص الذين وصفتهم المادة السابقة يعاقب عليها بالحبس شهرا على الاكثر وبالغرامة حتى مئة الف ليرة.

مادة 29: عدلت المادة 380 من قانون العقوبات كما يلي: "كل مقاومة فعلية كانت ام سلبية توقف عملا شرعيا يقوم به احد الاشخاص الذين وصفتهم المادة السابقة يعاقب عليها بالحبس شهرا على الاكثر وبالغرامة حتى خمسين ليرة"

المادة 34- تعدل الغرامة الواردة في المادة 380 على النحو الآتي:
"وبالغرامة حتى مئة الف ليرة" بدلا من "وبالغرامة حتى خمسمائة ليرة".
