المادة 575
اذا لم يتضمن التهديد باحدى الجنايات المذكورة اعلاه امرا او تضمن امرا الا انه حصل مشافهة دون واسطة شخص آخر قضي بالحبس من ثلاثة اشهر الى سنتين.
Art. 575: Si la menace d'un des crimes ci-dessus n'a ete accompagnee d'aucun ordre, ou si, ayant ete accompagnee d'un ordre, elle a ete faite verbalement sans l'intermediaire d'un autre personne, l'emprisonnement sera de trois mois a deux ans.
