المادة 673
(عدلت بموجب قانون 239/1993 )
كل من استملك او اختلس او رفض ان يرد او كتم لقطة او اي شيء منقول دخل في حيازته علطا او بصورة طارئة او بقوة قاهرة, يعاقب بالحبس حتى سنة وبغرامة حتى ربع قيمة الردود والعطل والضرر على ان لا تقل الغرامة عن عشرين الف ليرة .
تسري احكام هذه المادة على من اصاب كنزا بما يتعلق بالنصيب العائد لغيره.

المادة 118- تعدل الغرامة الواردة في المادة 673 على النحو الاتي:
"على ان لا تقل الغرامة عن عشرين الف ليرة" بدلا من "على ان لا تقل الغرامة عن مئة ليرة.
